By accessing or using the 6kkk platform, creating a user account, depositing funds, placing wagers or interacting with any feature of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms.

To open and maintain a 6kkk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: 6kkk operates a strict age-verification process. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud. Any account found to belong to an individual under the minimum age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. To register an account with 6kkk, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing true, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 6kkk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you have authorised such activity, unless and until you have notified 6kkk in writing that your account credentials have been compromised.
6kkk operates a Know Your Customer process in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. All Users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Accepted documentation includes a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. 6kkk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Each User may register only one account on the Platform. Where 6kkk identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual (identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address or other means), it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated wagers and forfeit balances held therein.
6kkk may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform, which may be suspended or revoked in accordance with these Terms.
By accessing the 6kkk Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will:
Breach of any of the above conditions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 6kkk aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe communicated in the cashier section. All account balances, deposits, bonus values and withdrawal amounts are denominated and displayed in PKR. 6kkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
You may also close your account at any time by contacting 6kkk support. Closure of an account does not remove obligations incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding verification requirements in connection with a pending withdrawal.
Upon termination for breach, 6kkk reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is proportionate to and justified by the nature of the breach.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the dispute-resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensing authority.
